DEFENCE SERVICES ASIA EXHIBITION (DSA) 2016 ENABLES MANY EXPERTS IN THE FIELD OF DEFENCE AND SECURITY TO EXCHANGE OPINIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND BEST PRACTICES WITH ALL THE PARTICIPANTS: RANA TANVEER HUSSAIN

Minister for Defence Production, Rana Tanveer Hussain is attending high level Defence Services Asia Exhibition (DSA) 2016 in Malaysia.

Malaysia is once again organizing the world renowned biennial DSA 2016 from 18th to 21st of April 2016.Recognizes as the world’s top five defence and security event,DSA 2016 has attracted some 1500 defence and security companies from over 60 countries worldwide including some 30 international pavilions.

“Defence Services Asia Exhibition (DSA) 2016 enables many experts in the field of defence and security to exchange opinions, experiences, and best practices with all the participants,” said Rana Tanveer Hussain. He is impressed  with latest innovations and breakthrough in the defence and security sectors, for instance, Combat Medicine/Battlefield Health care, Humanitarian and Defence Relief (HADR),Cyber security, UAVs and Combat Robotics.

On the sideline of DSA 2016, Malaysia is also hosting Putrajaya Forum 2016. Putrajaya Forum is an international forum on defence and security which is held biennially. It is a conference that draws participations comprising policy makers, defence and security agencies, think tanks as well as academician to meet, discuss and share knowledge to promote understanding on regional and international defence and security issues. This year’s theme is “Regional Cooperation in Addressing Security Challenges”. The theme is formulated in line with the current security threats around the globe.
