Chairman KADDB, Jordan, alongwith his delegation held meeting with Rana Tanveer Hussain Minister for DP at MoDP

H.E Eng Atef M. Ahmed Tell, Chairman King Abdullah Design and Development Bureau (KADDB) Jordan alongwith his delegation held meeting with Rana Tanveer Hussain Federal Minister for Defence Production at Rawalpindi today.

Federal Minister highlighted that bilateral relations have been historically very special and nurtured in a climate of trust and both the sides value it. Federal Minister also expressed satisfaction over the ongoing defence details, leading to fostering brotherly ties between Pakistan and Jordan.

Federal Minister appreciated successful contract of Thirteen F-16 aircrafts between Pakistan and Jordan in 2014. He explained to the delegation about the specifications of JF-17 aircraft and said that it may be considered for the Royal Jordanian Airforce (RJAF). He also offered various products of HIT including APC Saad, Security Vehicles Mohafiz, Discrete Armored Mohafiz, Bullet Proof Jackets.

Federal Minister informed the Jordanian side that Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works can render training facilities to personnel of Royal Jordanian Navy Dockyard (RJNF) in shipbuilding technology under its experienced staff.

Federal Minister invited the delegation for the participation in IDEAS-2018 as an exhibition besides sending an official delegation.

H.E Eng Atef M. Ahmed Tell Chairman KADDB thanked for the warm hospitality extended to the delegation. He praised defence relations specially exchange trainings and thanked for the offer of defence products of Pakistan.
